Excellent stay for family of 4

We had 2 adults and 2 teens and it was perfect for our Vegas vacation. The space was roomy and bedding was comfortable. Easy parking for our rental car. Only thing was I got swindled 40 by the resort timeshare sales guy at the check in process.

Good

The property is good, the location is great, the rooms could’ve been cleaner… The baseboards were very dirty, the washer didn’t fill up with enough water to actually wash a load of clothes. Overall, it was a good experience.

Stayed for 3 nights, place was clean and comfortable. Close to the main strip and they have shuttles every 45 mins, will stay again.

We stayed at the Grand Desert for 5 days and rented a 2bed2bath unit. The unit was comfortable and clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the property and the pools, but found the activity room slightly disappointing. Also, we were of course invited to participate in a Wyndham time share session with our young children to get free tickets to the high roller. We found most of the personnel at the session pretty rude, they were bothered by our kids and asked us to take them out of the room without us (which of course we didn't agree to). We never said we were interested in buying a property, yet we were open to hearing their options and the end they brushed us off super quickly with quite an unpolite attitude. Afterwards we felt pretty unwelcomed even if we paid full price to stay at the resort and had all the rights to be there! Loved the place and had fun with our kiddos in Vegas for the first time, but I strongly recommend asking staff to be more respectful of clients with children.

Great place, off the beaten path but close enough!

We stayed 5 days. The property is clean and felt safe. The staff is really nice and helpful with random tourist questions. On-site coffee and restaurant made our mornings! We would stay here again for sure. It is a time share so you will get asked to listen to their presentation but if you are married and your spouse is not with you, they don't want to talk to you.

Great stay in Las Vegas!

We were here for the busy CES Trade Show and this was a perfect place to crash! Lovely and spacious two bedrooms close to everything. Though it was difficult to not be able to adjust names for check in (we ended up having one of our team members waiting the better part of the day for the other to arrive) once in it was a delight and well furnished/clean. Would stay again!

Great location, beautiful place

We went to Vegas with another couple for the SEMA show and were not sure where to stay because we had never been there before. There was a shuttle that took us to the strip everyday and Uber was cheap to get us home. The room itself was beautiful, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was a plus and we were within walking distance of all types of stores . The pools were great and the coffee shop opened early. The room was quiet and clean. I would have no problem recommending it to anyone. Brittany at the front desk was great. And we were not pressured at all to become members of the time share.

Property was nice and clean, but A/C won't work if you are not in the room!!!

We had a nice stay, but it was November, and our room still got hot when we were out for a few hours and while sleeping. The A/C is on a motion sensor, so if no one is walking around the room the A/C will not work, including when you are SLEEPING - Room good very hot at night. We have stayed at many hotels, and have never had this. I could not imagine staying here in the summer months.

Loved it!

Great place to stay. It is about 4 blocks from the strip. We walked a couple times. Time share is at the welcome desk so don’t believe anything they say. Other than that everything was great. Can’t wait to come back in the summer time to get in the nice pools.

Clean and convenient

Nice complex, 24/7 pool in Tower 3, walking distance to MGM casino/strip, very clean and quiet... really enjoyed it. They tried to talk us into attending a time share seminar... simply say no to it right away...and enjoy your stay

The amenities were average. I liked that it was off the main strip and could take a shuttle to Harrahs. I was not impressed with the sales pitch to go to breakfast/lunch meeting to buy into property.

Good place to stay for business trips

This is the fourth time I have stayed here, and will most likely continue to do so. The suites are nice and spacious, and it is convenient. The only issue I have had here is that the coffee shop in all of the towers don't always open, or open on time. This affects my morning, but all in all, is not a big deal.

Nice place, easy access to strip

I had read many trip advisor reviews about the property. The main complaint seemed to be rooms not available at 4PM check in time. We arrived at 5:30 after a long 23 hour drive from Houston, and sure enough, no room was ready. The front desk girl was more interested in going on and on about Lebron James being in town than figuring out a solution. I asked for a manager, and he quickly placed us in a room in Tower 3. He said the room was scheduled for a later check in guest, but he went ahead and bumped them to a different room so he could get us placed. Once we walked into the room, we were very impressed with it. the place was super clean, kitchen well appointed, and the beds super comfortable. To get the parking pass they sent us to the time share desk, but I immediately said we were annoyed about the room delay and exhausted from the long drive. I advised I had three teens with me and my hubby did not travel with us. When they heard my spouse was not there (he really was) they did not even attempt to get us to attend the time share presentation. They got us on our way in less than 5 minutes and never once reached out to us again to pressure us into a tour. I appreciated that. I learned along time ago to say my spouse was not there to avoid the pressure. The pools at the property were very small, especially the Tower 3 pool. If you go, request Tower 2 of the pool is important to you. This particular VRBO owner was super easy to work with and the price was fantastic. The shuttle to the strip was free and easy to use. We would stay here again if traveling with the kids. Super easy walk to MGM Grand/Top Golf.

Perpect my trip

It was a great place to experience wonderful relaxation and generosity with family gathered in a long time. I was so worried about my family that I liked it so much that I bought memberships. I want to find it again next time.
