Inside this beautiful home you will find a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and brand new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, and professional blender.

In the cabinets you will find plentiful pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, bakeware, and clean silverware. Additionally, you will be supplied a can opener, bottle opener, strainer, baking dishes, straws, oven pads, and cutting boards. You'll also be provided with paper towels, dish towels, a new sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent

Here's a perk: Free coffee! To accompany your coffee you'll also get creamers, sugar packets, artificial sweeteners, cups, and straws - everything you need for a good morning start with your group.

We provide some basic breakfast foods such as oatmeal packets and mini cereal boxes. Our pool/backyard maintenance crew may pay you a visit during your stay to inspect and treat the pool or perform landscaping if necessary. You won't have to do anything because our pool guys enter via the side yard, while our landscapers merely go to the rear and don't need or have access to the house. Cleanliness is just one of our top most priorities.

I or the management team will be available to offer help throughout the stay and how you'll keep in touch.

• Amplified outdoor music is against the City of Henderson's ordinances between the hours of 11pm and 9am.

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. Guest of record must be 21 years of age or older.
