Our first impression was unpleasant. I dropped my elderly parents off by the elevator and unloaded everything out of the car. My mom and I stood by the elevators and waited for my dad to go to the registration desk on the main floor to request a trolley. He was told by the representative at the desk, Vanessa (maybe?), that he couldn't take the trolley and that we would have to pack everything back into our car and drive to the main floor to unload again. This is ridiculous. He spoke to the supervisor, who made the decision to override the representative, and got my dad a trolley immediately, which we appreciated. The worse thing was how cold the first rep was towards us the rest of the time. By the time I had gotten to the check-in desk to see what was taking my dad so long, I could immediately feel her disdain towards us. I tried to be kind but she was not reciprocating. When I thanked her, she was silent. We understand that, ideally, we should have unloaded on the main floor, but we didn't know, and it's not a big deal to let us use a trolley instead of asking their customers to pack everything back up. It was immediately rectified by the manager - but the continued negative attitude from the first rep was terrible. Because the rest of the stay was pleasant, I gave more stars to the review. The other employees were great - especially the woman working at the Gift Shop.
The Oyster Bar restaurant was AMAZING. Excellent food and excellent service!
