The large bar area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a foosball table and easy backyard access to the luxurious swimming pool and spa. Step outside to the completely private backyard oasis, adorned with lush landscaping for the ultimate retreat experience. Gas heat for the pool is available at a rate of $95 per day (duration of entire stay). Please note, I do not rent to Las Vegas locals. **Payment for pool heat must be received prior to pool heat being turned on. Pool heat takes 24 hours to fully heat the pool up. During winter months, it could be longer due to freezing temperatures at night.**
