  • This is a beautifully designed home located close to the wild and crazy fun of the Vegas Strip, but its perfectly nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The home has an upstairs, middle living space area and a fully furnished basement that includes its own bathroom and bedroom. You will also have a great view of the Strip from the upstairs master bedroom. The home is equipped with 3 televisions - one 75 inch - perfect for watching sports and movies. The home also has wifi, cable and a variety of movie channels.

    A few additional details: the garage is not available for use. The washer and dryer is only available for stays over 7 days and there are security cameras facing the outside of the home.

    -Washer and dryer only available for stays over 7 days
    -No ice machine or garbage disposal on premises
    -Smoking only allowed outside
    -No parties allowed
    -$150 fee will be assessed if furniture is moved - if you decide to move furniture you must move it back to avoid fee
    -$125 fee for plumbing backups please do not flush anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet
    -Wash all dishes before check out
    -Take out all trash before check out - IF IN THE HOME ON A FRIDAY PLEASE ROLL TRASH CANS OUT ON FRIDAY NIGHT FOR SATURDAY MORNING PICK UP
    -You will be charged security deposit for all movies ordered

Unwind in the suburbs

Great house if a company has people coming out for work events. Plenty of individual space but common areas work well for morning meals and evening relaxing away from the hustle of the strip.

Very good location and convenient to the strip and to the airport. The home was very spacious and offered enough room for our group of 5 executives who were attending a trade show. The wifi worked consistently, which was very important for us.

Amazing and beautiful property

All the guests who came with me were in complete shock with how beautiful and spacious this property. I have no words to describe how beautiful this house was to stay at. It accommodated me and my 10 guests perfectly. The house is well stocked with everything needed for a long stay. If I am ever in the Vegas area again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the host for opening your beautiful home for us to use.

This host was very responsive and and accommodating. The property was exactly as advertised. There is a nice view of the city at night from the master bedroom/bath. There is plenty of space. Neighborhood feels very safe, but not too far from all the action. Lots of stuff around to eat and do. Equipped well for cooking and dining in. We loved it and would do it again.

Clean with lots of space.

The house has plenty of space for a large group. The 4 1/2 bath rooms are a huge plus. Very clean. The only thing you may want to consider are the stairs. The front stairs are quite steep. They are not an issue if you do not have mobility concerns. Our group had 6 in their 70's and one in his 80's. Overall, this is a great Vegas rental.

Great VRBO, but needs maintenance and bedding

The property itself was great! Good location! If you advertise that it sleeps 16 people, then add bedding and pillows for the people on the couches. Also, not enough towels and some basic fixing needs to happen. Doorknob in master was broken. Door to master did not lock. New light bulbs were needed in several places. Stairs need a permanant fix (taped together) and more stability. Even with these issues it was still a great place, but i would fix these asap.

House is nice but twice the water was shut the first time I was called very early to called within 5 minutes when we were sleeping no one was using she said it was it water softener in the garage, the second was turn off again we could not flush the toilets. We had to call her to restart the water very inconvenient

F R I E N D S !

Had a great 3 night stay at this property. 8 longtime friends reunited in Vegas for a 50th birthday that coincided with New Year’s Eve. The house was so much nicer than staying in a smoky, overcrowded casino, was very spacious and comfortable, and allowed for quality time with some of our favorite people. House had everything that we needed. We made meals, coffee, and cocktails and kitchen was well appointed and well stocked. We truly had a wonderful stay. The only suggestions I have are adding mattress covers (master bedroom didn’t have one) and deeper cleaning around bathroom sink areas (a couple of the bathroom sink faucets and mirrors had toothpaste and water spots - looked like someone missed cleaning them). The rest of the house was very clean. The house is in a great location, airport and strip are only about a 15 minute Uber ride away. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, doors are alarmed so you know when anyone comes or goes. I would definitely stay at this property again when traveling with a group.

Less than ideal

A beautiful home with several deficiencies. the entry way was dark and the porch light did not work. The rug at the entry was curled and slipped on the floor. The basement room was freezing and add had no additional blankets or ways to heat it. While the upstairs was quite warm. The toaster does not work. The light in a second floor bedroom does not work. There's a christmas tree still up kind of weird. The home is as depicted but these issues should be addressed.

Fit our large family needs perfectly

We were traveling with extended family for a wedding and had several couples with kids coming. It worked out perfectly that all the adult couples got their own rooms and the kids were able to sleep on the various couches throughout the house. The 4 1/2 baths were very nice with the amount of people we had. We didn’t cook at the house so I cannot attest to the supply of kitchen equipment. I will say that there was not any dish soap in the kitchen or many kitchen towels. There was also a lack of towels, in general. Only one bathroom had a hand towel and there was only 14 towels and wash cloths, when we booked for 16. Thankfully we brought some with us but this might be good for guests to know for future bookings. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had ample seating and eating areas. It is multiple levels with many stairs so if you have a hard time with stairs, this would not be the house for you but luckily the stairs were fine for our group. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the host was good about communicating with us on a timely manner, as well.

Short on hospitality

This property was disappointing.Mostly because of the lack of hospitality.The property itself was plenty spacious enough for our group of 6 and most of the home was clean(floors, bathrooms, kitchen).The host was easy to contact and solved problems we had.The host offered for us to use anything left in the fridge or pantry.But the frustrating part were the abrupt rules attached to a fine, the little things that were not available in the unit, and the dirty/stained items.For example, if you cracked one of the floor tiles, it’s a $350 fine.The rule for using the towels for make-up removal was also abrupt, and the wash cloths were in terrible shape anyway, very old and very low quality.The bathrooms were short on towels, you might want to bring extra.Two of the bathrooms did not have soap or shampoo.We called her and were told where the refills were.Two of the bedspreads had stains.Were told to bring trash out on Friday.The kitchen was big and spacious,it was nice to hang out.Only 5 bar stools though.The pots and pans were in bad shape.Two of the Teflon pans were peeling with the handles falling off, one small pan was in good shape to cook eggs.There were no kitchen towels.The garbage disposal and ice maker did not work.She provided a bag of ice.There were many stains on the rug in main living area and a life size bear and a Christmas tree in the other.Only 6 chairs around dining table.Had a washer and dryer but only for a 7 PM stay.Not a terrible place, but needs attention.

Wonderful house in quiet neighborhood

The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was exceptionally clean and was a great setting for our group. The neighborhood was very quiet but was close enough to restaurants and casinos which was just a short drive away.
