Escape outdoors with a cocktail to a covered patio, BBQ, sparkling pool and fire pit.

This is your home away from home! This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Don't miss the outdoor games available!! Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request.

The home was exactly as advertised! Loved all the little extras included. Great home for the family. Host were extremely nice and responsive. Would definitely book another weekend here on the future! House was very clean and there is nothing needed to rent this home! Excellent value!

The house was clean, provided a selection of nice treats, there was a nice selection of various games to play (from board games to pool and darts), location felt secured and safe, and only a 20 min drive to the Vegas strip. Some improvements would be to include the ability to connect devices to power on the bedside tables, more containers for food storage, and reprogramming of the garage door opener keypad to the same house security lock for ease of entry into the garage.

Beautiful Home

This home was immaculate and included a pool table, darts and a Blackjack table which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was the perfect size and temperature. Snacks were provided which came in handy several times. The main bedroom and bath was exceptional. Other bedrooms were plenty large enough and contained extra beds. Communication with owners was great and check-in was super easy. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great stay in Green Valley!

This house was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed! We loved that each room had its own ensuite bathroom—it made things so convenient. The large family room with the super comfy couch was a huge hit, especially for my family who loves sports and cartoons. The owners were fantastic to work with and were quick to help when we had a small issue. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Vegas!

Couldn't Have Been Better

We go to many cities each year for different trade shows and this is far and away the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, great neighborhood, grill and kitchen made for a few nice nights in, and simple communication with the host. Close enough to get to the convention easily without having to be in all the hustle bustle. Also, just a couple of minutes from Green Valley Ranch Casino which has tons of places to eat as well. Will stay at this house each year for Vegas shows.

Clean, accurate, thoughtful and easy

My family - child, husband, myself and dog stayed at the property for a week. It was absolutely lovely. The pictures and description were accurate. The pool was clean and inviting. The house had everything you would need to stay, cook, (or not cook) and just relax. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. We were concerned about the dog and child going in the pool initially but there was a childproof gate with lock so we could control the access. We had no problems with the quiet times posted. The neighbors were helpful and friendly when we accidentally ordered DoorDash to the house next door. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the extra blankets and towels were welcome. The property is close to a lot of amenities and also to The Strip. We had no problems getting around and also found a great affordable doggy daycare near by for longer days away from the property. We are already thinking about next year and bringing my parents with us. Totally recommend this property!

Great Weekend Get Together

Trust me! The pictures and description of this house do not do it justice! The home is amazing and perfect for a couples getaway. Three couples stayed in this house very comfortably! The Bedrooms each had their own private bathroom, which made it nice for privacy purposes. The kitchen was well appointed, the back patio and pool area were very relaxing, and the great room was an awesome space to gather and catch up with one another. The next time we come to the Vegas area, we will definitely stay here again!

some updates needed vinyl peeling from dining chairs broken skillets pans nonstick with no nonstick utensils top of cooktop venting system greasy and very dusty cabinets in kitchen dusty took close to 8-10 minutes to get hot water in kitchen or shower Plus side - - coffee, snacks basics provided which was very nice . . .paper towels, TP, dish soap, shampoos, lotions etc Outside area nice although due to temps unable to use Agent checked in on multiple times.

Great vacation home

The property is in a great area with loads of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, yet within 20-25min of anywhere you would want to go in and around LV so close enough to the action to enjoy everything Vegas has to offer but away from the strip so better for us travelling with kids. The property was spotlessly clean and the hosts had really thought of everything with lots of little extras included like coffee (and an excellent Keurig machine), detergent for the washing machine, snacks etc. Beds were super comfortable and the pool was fantastic with the kids. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend

Superb property to visit the canyons and Vegas

Clean as can be and spacious. We loved the pool, and relaxing in the comfortable back yard. Kitchen well supplied with gas stove and newer appliances. Gas grill in the back nearly new The location is 12 min to the airport and 15 min to the strip. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Would definitely return Hosts were very accommodating.

Just what we needed!

This house checked all the boxes for our family! We didn't want to be close to the strip and wanted a more family friendly environment. Had plenty for our kids to do with our wide age ranges (oldest 20 and youngest 9). The master bedroom was so luxurious! Super spacious house and every room had its own bathroom so that was a major plus. Would definitely stay again! The ONLY issues were very minor... the master was pretty toasty but we just put one of the box fans provided in the doorway and that made the room pretty comfortable. We weren't able to use the jetted tub as when the jets were turned on some black matter came out of them... my guess is it just needed a little cleaning and doesn't get used much. Definitely not deal breakers and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! Owners were very communicative. They even had snacks and treats which my kids loved! Highly recommend! 😊

Beautiful!

This is a great place! I would highly recommend it! It has large bedrooms , open and spacious living area, great open kitchen to the living room and great amenities! The pool was great as well! The snacks in the living area were a really nice touch too!
