Every bedroom has a smart TV, only cable is available in the livingroom.

Each bedroom feels like your own private getaway, with quiet and powerful ceiling fans, elegant and comfortable upholstered beds. Enjoy the Private backyard with covered patio, outdoor ping pong table, and beautiful swimming pool.

The entire house and back yard will be available for exclusive use. I’m available 24/7.

The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
Only 10 people is allowed on the property including vistors.


Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.

Pool cleanings is not available on the weekends, if there is a storm during your stay on Saturday or Sunday, the pool will be serviced on Mondays and Fridays only no exceptions.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt.

To heat the Pool is an additional add on at *$65 a day minimum 3 days. Depending on the weather it could take 1 day to heat the pool. We will also send instuctions the day you arrive. *Important as soon as the heater is turned on is when you are being charged this fee., even though it will take a day or so to heat, the cost is the price to use the gas/heater.



Also only the number of guests you booked for is allowed in the home only including guests!
