To ensure the pool is at the perfect temperature for your arrival, we require 48-hour advance notice.
● Up to 5 nights: $350 flat fee
● 6+ nights: $350 + $50 per additional night
● Spa heating is complimentary
● Pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time
Our pool technician may stop by during your stay for routine outdoor maintenance to keep the water clean and safe. No indoor access is required.

🐾 Pet Policy
We love hosting furry companions! Prior approval is required.
● Up to 2 pets: $275 fee
● Additional pets: $50 per pet (with approval)

Hold Harmless: By bringing a pet onto the premises, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owners and managers.

Costs: You are responsible for all liability, claims, legal expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your pet's actions.

Notice: Failure to comply with leash requirements or any lapse in pet control may result in immediate eviction without refund.
