BEST RATE GUARANTEE. This private spacious two or three bed condo with 1,200 sf is located right behind MGM Grand Casino and seven minutes walk to the Strip. This condo features a full kitchen, primary bathroom with tub, second bathroom with shower, living room, dining room, washer and dryer and free WiFi.

You have an option to access the third locked bedroom with one queen size bed and additional extra bedroom fee or extra guest fee over four guests per guest, per night.

Located right behind MGM Grand Casino. You will be close to the Strip, Hakkasan night club, and Top Golf. The accommodation location is close to UNLV and the airport and one of the best locations near the Strip. This is our Best Value listing and the room rates are comparable to the room standards and location and not comparable to the hotels on the Strip. We do have hotel listings with higher standards for a higher budget. You may search about the accommodation location prior to booking.

The property is located near the strip in a dimly lit apartment complex with a confusing parking lot and building arrangement. There are about a dozen stray cats wandering the complex and residents leave trash in front of their units. The rental unit has no unit number, though it should be labeled Unit B. While there were a number of concerns when I arrived, I was primarily concerned with the broken blinds. As there are no curtains in the unit, broken blinds meant I had no privacy from any room as all windows face public areas. Some other concerns were a missing toilet tank cover in the hall bathroom, the worn condition of the tub in the master bedroom, the unlocked extra bedroom (that per the listing & manager, should have been locked due to me not renting it), and list of other minor concerns.I immediately communicated with the owners upon arriving, but it took 5 days for them to have maintenance put in new blinds. I used extra sheets to cover the windows in the meantime. Maintenance sealed around the master bedroom tub, but did not privide a toilet tank lid for the hall bathroom.I don't need a lot from a rental, and as soon as blinds were provided, I was very satisfied with the accommodations. Strong water pressure, lots of hot water, powerful AC, pleanty of towels and sheets, and even a washer & dryer with some detergent in the cupboard.
