Venchi Apart-Hotel is located in the La Ceiba neighborhood, between Playa Bonita and the entrance to Las Terrenas village. The area is a typical Dominican neighborhood — safe, authentic, and developing with modern constructions. It’s perfect for travelers seeking a quiet and secure place just a little outside the village center.

Guests have full private access to the apartment, including one free parking spot inside the complex, secured with 24/7 security guards and surveillance cameras. Guests also enjoy free access to the shared rooftop swimming pool, a great spot to relax and enjoy panoramic views.

Other things to note
Electricity is billed separately at 15 DOP/kWh. For complete transparency, we will show you the meter upon arrival and departure, so you only pay for what you use. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy a comfortable and honest stay!

Late Arrival and Departure Policy
To ensure the well-being of our check-in and check-out team, additional charges may apply in the following cases:

• Late Check-in: After 8:00 PM, a surcharge of USD 20 per hour will be applied, except in exceptional circumstances such as flight delays, in which case we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

• Late Check-Out: If your departure after the scheduled time compromises the cleaning time needed for the next guests, a charge of USD 20 per hour will be applied, as we must hire additional last-minute cleaning staff to prepare the accommodation on time.
