This house, built in early 20th century, has become a beautiful place with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Located in the center, it gives an excellent opportunity to visit and explore the city on foot, slowly, at your own pace for your satisfaction.

2 patios saturate the house, directly through the roof.
The apartment is on first floor and consists of 4 bedrooms, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
The rooms are very spacious and have balconies to Joaquin Costa or Franchy Roca streets.
There is also access to the open roof via spiral stairs. The rooftop is decorated by balustrade and has stunning view of adjacent streets.

The ground floor is currently empty and we are using it for parking. Next year we hope to open a restaurant there.

It's 5 minutes from Las Canteras beach and walking distance to the center of Las Palmas.

Art and Angela bought the house in 2017 as a wreck. We restored the apartment on the first floor to its original, keeping in place wooden doors, tiles, shutters on windows and stucco on the ceilings.
The project for the restoration of the facade and the ground floor was presented to the Government of Las Palmas for approval. We hope to receive permission soon to restore the facade and then the house will be presented to the guests of Las Palmas even more beautifully than before.
