"The area is quiet and easy to reach. The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. The AC was set at a cool 70 degrees when we arrived. All special request were met. "The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! "The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon."

"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"

"Wonderful experience for the whole family. I stayed at Vista del Mar apartment and the view was breathtaking. The apartment was fully equipped with everything to cook, relax and enjoy the surrounding. "Upon my arrival I was happy to see this location is a gated with security at the entrance. The condo is big with 2 bdrms. The view is amazing and the balcony facing the pool was nice at night with changing colors. The Unit was clean and very comfortable. A/C worked. perfectly.
