"Hot water for showers, huge washer, beautiful home, amazing views, clean pool, wildlife visable from patio, two feeding stations where birds snacked on bananas, trails around to hike, most hikes are very steep. The road getting there is steep and lots of potholes, but really worth it all. Kids lived the location."

"First, the place had tons of charm. A round house on a creek - how cool! Lots of outdoor seating with lots of lush foliage and wildlife. We got to watch a sloth climbing a tree not 200 meters from the house. We didn’t grill out, but the grilling area was awesome and Arthur provided a bag of charcoal to get the party started.Second, and most important, Arthur is a phenomenal communicator. "The place is dirty and falling apart. The food is similar to that served in an elementary cafeteria. I was placed in a Teepee where the linens were dirty and wet towels were on the footstool. I was told to put my things there, and they would send someone to clean it. That never happened, so I moved myself.
