"We loved this condo, beach is steps away from your door. We watched the sunset, walked the beach, enjoyed the weather and relaxed here. Will rent again! Property is as described. Try it!"

"Great property, beautiful surroundings and great accommodations. Very prompt response from hosts if needed. Kitchen fully equipped which we utilized. It’s listed for 2 people ideally, but we had four and had to use the pull out couch which could maybe use a new mattress or at least a good vacuuming) but was fine for our two night stay. The immediate surroundings are beautiful and the berries on site are edible and delicious. The outdoor space serene. We loved it!!"

"The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE...

"We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"We have stayed here before and always have a wonderful time. The location is wonderful with the beach, restaurants and stores nearby. Getting to stay in a vintage home that's fairly well taken care of is a treat. We hope to stay there again!"

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"
