"Great view of the ocean. The deck is small for four people to sit comfortably. The unit was stocked with everything that one might need. The exterior was a little worn but workers were there doing reconstruction. Very quiet and secure property. Very quick, easy beach excess. Two minor maintenance items were a bathroom clogged sink and a leaky coffee maker. We called on the sink but the maintenance crew did not fix it. All in all, happy that we rented this property."

"This is a beautiful condo - recently remodeled with such lovely high end finishes - and the beds are SO comfy! Sandi is an amazing host, and I always love the incredible ocean views (sea lions, dolphins, and whales on the horizon this trip!), the incredible proximity to the beach - not to mention the property at Pajaro is great. I can't wait to stay again - and the induction stovetop in the remodeled kitchen is also amazing!"

"Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for...
