Lake house with easy access to Fox Valley cities

Lake house situated on a private drive that includes a boathouse on a waterway to the back of the house and a west facing exposure to the main lake. Floatable toys and a kayak make it easy to enjoy the lake which is wadeable for almost 200 yards from a new dock with chairs to relax in. Boats are easily rentable and the closest boat launch is less than a mile from the house. April through June are great fishing months with the fishing action slowing down towards the end of July and staying slow the rest of the summer. Tubing and skiing are very enjoyable during this time and an old set of skis and an inflatable tube are available to use if you decide to rent a boat.
A fire pit with plenty of outdoor chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 makes it the perfect spot to eat dinner then make smores and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There are two charcoal grills available to use with grilling utensils. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. You can bring your own wood or contact me prior to your stay and arrangements can be made to have wood available for you for a price. Please do not take wood from the close stacks of firewood as that is my neighbors or our own personal supply.
There is a very well stocked kitchen with most every small appliance available to use. There is a television and DVD player. The TV gets local channels but no cable or internet. Some puzzles, board games, and books are available to use if unfortunately the weather doesn’t cooperate.
The lake house is also a half hour drive to either Appleton or Oshkosh if you would rather explore a city. With beds to fit over 12, it makes a great place to hold an extended family get together.
