We were scheduled to arrive on Thursday afternoon which was New Years Day and leave the following Sunday. Due to the conditions we left on around 6am Friday morning. "My family was unable to check in to this property due to the door code no working and the owner refused to respond. We had to travel back home and end our trip but was still charged. The owner still had not responded to calls or messages since the day we were suppose to check in. We have yet to receive a refund.
