"From start to finish the front desk staff was helpful , from helping me from the aiport and back , allowing me to check in early and check out later . Honestly i have lived in hotels before and just the willingness alone to accommodate me made me feel like i didnt want to leave. I am super impressed with the front of house."

"Boa localização, próximo ao aeroporto. Porém, depende do que você for fazer a localização é ruim. Como nós queríamos passear por Tampa, Clearwater e St Petesburg, a localização era a mais meio termo para acessar este lugares. Tem vários restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Fácil acesso e aparentemente bem seguro. Ótimo atendimento. Quarto amplo e muito confortável. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e ótimo chuveiro. Café da manhã bom. Ótimo custo X benefício. É uma ótima...

"The only issue we had is we asked till what time the restaurant was going to be open, and we’re informed till 10pm. When we ordered at 9:32pm we were told they had to close early and did not inform us about it. So gave us just one option of meal. It was frustrating because we choose this hotel due to be able to have dinner at the hotel to save some time. Besides that, it is a great hotel "
