The house comprises a living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 2 bathrooms. There’s a 500 m² terrace and garden with garden furniture and a barbecue!

The house:
Ground floor:
- Large entrance hall with a staircase leading to the first floor.
- Living/dining room with direct access to the terrace via a large bay window. You’ll find a seating area furnished with sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a dining area with a large dining table that can seat up to 10 guests.
- Large, modern kitchen with a central dining table, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Malongo pod coffee machine and filter coffee machine...
- Utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
- Shower room with a shower and toilet.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk and a wardrobe, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, a shower and a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a cupboard.
The last two bedrooms are connected:
- Bedroom 3: an attic room with a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a children’s play area and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a toilet.
- Bedroom 4: an attic room with three single beds (90 x 200 cm), a cupboard, a wardrobe and two rocking chairs. Two single beds can be joined to form a double bed.

Outdoor areas:
- You’ll have access to a large, south-facing terrace measuring 100 m², equipped with garden furniture, an awning and a barbecue.
- Take the steps leading from the terrace down to the garden below, where you can enjoy a 500 m² enclosed outdoor area, equipped with a swing, a boules court, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net and plenty of outdoor games
- Private outdoor car park for 4 cars
