The gulf of Nerano is one of the few places along the Amalfi Coast that has easy access to the sea, and Villa Lela is in a residential area that looks straight onto the sea. The villa has undergone a recent renovation with architectural modifications of high prestige and elegant furnishings of exceptional quality, therefore becoming one of the most important villas on the coast.

Villa Lela lies 13 kms from Sorrento, 18km from Positano, and 65km from Naples. The floors and bathrooms have all been done with prestigious Vietri ceramics. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge with ice maker and many other accessories. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating throughout, as well as a telephone, computer with internet connection and printer, satellite TV, and a stereo with CD player. From the living-room, on the ground floor, you have direct access onto the large terrace looking onto the sea where there is a large swimming-pool with hydro-massage. The terraces have areas to relax with outdoor furniture and tables to dine 'alfresco'.

Villa Lela is 360 m2 and can accommodate up to 14 People in 7 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a large living-room leading to a bar area, study with computer and internet access. From here, it is possible to access the panoramic terrace with swimming-pool and steps to the sea. Going down a private flight of steps (128 steps), you come to the pebble beach. There is 1 double bedroom with a bathroom with hydromassage tub, another double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, you will find a store room and small living-room, a double bedroom with a bathroom and hydromassage tub; another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a master double bedroom with a bathroom with hydromassage tub. There is also access to the panoramic terrace.

The below ground floor has a dining room with a fireplace and a living room with access to a third panoramic terrace. There is also a kitchen with small wine-cellar and a fridge with an ice-maker, dishwasher and microwave oven and direct access from the parking area. This floor also has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower, another double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Villa Lela has private parking for 3/4 cars. The price includes a daily cleaning service six days a week and, on request, a cooking service can be organised with details to be agreed on the premises. In the little village of Nerano and along the coast towards Massa Lubrense, you will find excellent restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Please note: The villa can also be rented for 10 people in 5 bedrooms. In this case, the villa would still be private but the price will be less.
