"The hotel was ok. Older, but clean. Staff friendly. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have hot water. I took my shower the evening we got there. I set water in center for temp it was cold. I let it run awhile, still cold. Kept adjusting hotter until I couldn't go any further. Room temperature. Guess I'm taking a cold shower. "We stayed at the Quality Inn in Laramie for one night while passing through Wyoming. The property is a bit dated and could use some updates, but our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable with fresh, clean linens. "This motel was a great choice in the 70’s. The room was clean, linens fresh. But the room had its ‘charm’. Flooring was peeling, phone was a 70’s push button with the original face plate for motels. Dial 1 for long distance! Even though it was a bit rough it was charming. The front desk person Was very friendly. The grounds were in need of attention. But all else was in good shape. I’d stay there again."

"The room and hotel was dirty. The hall smelled like something died. In our room there was hair and blood all over the shower. The sheets were first and there were flies dead all over the floor."

"We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything."
