A cozy 500m² family home, perfect for relaxing and gatherings with others, each with their own space. Numerous activities are also available nearby. The 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned, and 3 of them have their own bathrooms; all are brand new. A children's bedroom with 4 beds is adjacent to a playroom. Linens and towels are provided for each bed. An 80m² reception room includes a TV lounge and a games area with a pool table. A second living room with a library is also available in the house. You will have a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and an utility room/pantry. There is also another dining area for 14 people. Outside, you can enjoy a 4x8m saltwater swimming pool with tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture, a griddle, and a professional beer tap.
