Ok Villa But
needs some attention and some investment. Villa is great , perfect position if you want a quiet break, as it is in a quiet area, which suited us. Beds were great with memory foam mattresses, pool beds were very good and the patio is enormous, kids will have great time with pool table, table tennis & Fuzball.

Bella Vista
Das ist ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Besuch mit Freunden. Es ist so groß, das man sehr schön zusammen Essen kann aber sich auch aus dem Weg gehen kann.Wenn etwas ruhe haben möchte. Alle waren sehr froh über das schöne Haus.

MAGNIFIQUE
Très belle villa bien entretenue avec des équipements appréciables (billard, sauna ...). Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, tout est parfait pour des vacances idéales Emplacement idéal pour une visite de Lanzarote dotée d'un réseau routier parfait. Je conseille vivement cette villa . Et merci à José pour sa disponibilité.

En effet, la maison est située dans un endroit stratégique au centre de l'île, d'où vous pourrez visiter tous les coins de Lanzarote en 30-45 minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable et conforme au descriptif. Elle est idéale pour une famille avec des adultes ou plusieurs couples car chacun peut disposer de son coin indépendant. Elle est moins adaptée pour des enfants du fait de la piscine non protégée et des nombreux escaliers. Très bien située pour ceux qui souhaitent être loin de la foule et sans trop s'éloigner des plages. Seules petites ombres au tableau : les équipements de la maison commencent à vieillir. Le lave-vaisselle est à bout de course; les équipements sportifs sont hors d'usage; il n'y a plus qu'une seule queue utilisable pour le billard; il a fallu 8 jours et plusieurs rappels pour que la piscine soit effectivement chauffée; le sous-sol sent la moisissure..... Et c'est la 1ère fois que nous devons insister fortement pour avoir un contact direct avec la personne en charge de la gestion lors de notre arrivée.

Je suis heureux que vous ayez aimé Finca Bellavista et je suis désolé qu'ils aient eu un problème électrique avec la pompe à chaleur de la piscine, qui a été résolu le plus rapidement possible par le technicien. Les bâtons de billard sont déjà remplacés par le personnel d'entretien. Concernant le Check-in, Julia quelques jours avant d'entrer dans la maison, contacte tous les invités, pour remettre les clés et expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. Spacious family villa
We booked this villa for two weeks to accommodate all of our family for a holiday during which our son got married. It was perfect for the family coming and going. Plenty of space and everything you could need. The children loved the games room in the basement - as did the Dads! The pool was perfect. Loads of outdoor space with magnificent views! Just a five minute drive to Teguise and 20 minutes into Costa Teguise. Ideally situated for sightseeing. Perfect family accommodation.

Amazing villa
The villa was even better than it looked on the photos. The photos made the pool area look a bit exposed but in fact it was quite sheltered and secluded. The villa sits on a slope in the village of Los Valles and has lovely views especially from the very large rooftop terrace. We were surprised when we could rent it for four people but we didn't feel it was too big for us. The central room with the two sitting rooms off it gave variety and the views from both sitting rooms were lovely. The pool and terrace were great places to relax and the pool was a comfortable temperature. We didn't use the barbecue area as the temperature dropped in the evening but in hotter weather it would be a good space to use to eat in. The villa is about 10 minutes from Teguise and only 20 from Arrecife so convenient for the airport and supermarkets. We also did a few walks in the area and it was easy to get to some excellent views from the top of the nearby hills. The games in the garage were a real bonus and if the weather had been poorer would have been good to use more than we did although we did use the room every night. So I would say the villa is ideal for a family or a couple of families who want to holiday in Lanzarote away from the beach resorts. There were several good beaches nearby and the main tourist attractions were no more than 30 minutes away by car. The only improvement we would suggest is some pool toys!

Impressive Villa in a fantastic location
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in Finca Bellavista. It really is a very impressive place and perfectly located 15 mins to a great surf beach, 2 mins to a lovely resturant just up the hill (amazing views and food!) and 5 mins to the lovely Teguise with all its cafes, restuarants and little cobbled streets, and all the wonderful landscape that Lanzarote has to offer. The house is spectacular and our boys could not believe we had the whole place to ourselves! They thoroughly enjoyed the space and the games room, table tennis, and particularly the sauna and the heated pool which is large enough to swim and have fun in. The terrace is enormous and the views from here and the upper terrace out over the volcanic landscape were breathtaking. The house and kitchen is well equiped and although the nights were chilly (in March) there were heaters and blankets in the living rooms and bedrooms which are off the cavernous entrance hall. I could rattle on about how wonderful this place is but I want to make sure it is available for next time as we would definitely like to return! Thankyou Julia and Josep for a fantastic holiday.

Large property
The property is very very spacious, especially the main entrance hall/sitting area; the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and very big too. Julia from the management company was very helpful but not intrusive during our stay, checkin/out was easy. Kitchen was well equipped apart from it not having an extractor fan above the hob. The pool heating was good, a bit cold in the beginning but after that pleasantly warm. The tiles around the pool are quite slippery; there was a sign but they are VERY slippery. The steps down into the pool could have done with a hand rail, also the last step was not horizontal. The sporting facilities downstairs are a real bonus, especially the sauna. All in all a very nice place to spend a holiday in Lanzarote.

Schöne und großzügige Villa im Norden von Lanzarote
Die Villa im Norden von Lanzarote (nächst größerer Ort Teguise) ist riesengroß und für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Schön gelegen, mit angenehmer Sonneneinstrahlung im Tagesverlauf. Schöner Blick über die Umgebung, jedoch ist der Poolbereich so gut wie nicht einsehbar von außerhalb. Unterhalb der Villa führt eine Straße vorbei, was aber nicht stört. Die Villa, die Anlage und der Pool waren sauber. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber schön. Bei Ankunft wurden wir bereits erwartet und haben eine Führung durch das Haus erhalten. Auch ein toller Grundbedarf an Essen und Trinken waren vorhanden Verschiedene Gewürze, Öl etc. waren auch vor Ort. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, einzig Geschirr ist für Gruppen über 6 Personen etwas knapp, so hatten wir kaum Weingläser (auf Nachfrage haben wir jedoch binnen zwei Tagen neue Weingläser erhalten). Während des Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool, die Anlage und die Bäder nach 7 Tagen gereinigt und die Handtücher + Bettwäsche getauscht. Alles nach vorheriger Absprache :) Neben dem Pool existiert noch eine Sauna, die auch sehr sauber ist und Platz für 6 Leute bietet. Von dem Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto viele schöne Ausflüge machen (meist binnen max. 30 Minuten one-way, nur bis Playa blanca ca. 50 Minuten). Auch mit dem Rad kann man tolle Touren unternehmen. Ohne Auto (oder Rad) kommt man aber so gut wie nicht weg. Es fährt zwar ein Bus vor der Haustür, jedoch nur in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Zur Umgebung: Wie gesagt viele tolle Ausflüge (Wanderungen; Radtouren; Weingüter besuchen; Vulkanspalte; Strand mit Reiten in Famaras; für Kartliebhaber: Lanzarote Karting!) Gerade in Teguise und Famaras sind einige schöne Restaurants (Cantina Teguise, Dunas de Famaras...). Einzig größere, gut sortierte Supermärkte sind weiter weg (ca. 15-20 Minuten Richtung Arrecife). Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genonssen!

Großzügige Villa
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr viel Platz, man kann sehr gut kochen oder draußen grillen. Der Pool ist auch super und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Man auch gut für sich sein. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht
Sehr nette Hausverwalter, jederzeit erreichbar und versuchen Probleme direkt zu lösen. Grandiose Aussicht. Nachts aufgrund wilder Hunde etwas laut, durch deren Bellen. Angaben im Inserat zutreffend, gibt nichts zu meckern.

La villa est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 4 couples et chacun à son espace et sa salle de bain. Le sous-sol aménagé avec le sauna, le billard et le ping-pong est très sympa lorsque nous sommes avec de jeunes adultes. Il y a malheureusement quelques points négatifs à relever: le ménage était mal fait à notre arrivée (cuisine grasse et sanitaires pas propre), la cuisine n’était pas très bien équipée (difficile de faire vraiment à manger pour 8) et pas d’eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle, l’eau chaude pour prendre une douche était aléatoire, nous attendons toujours que le wifi fonctionne, la personne qui devait être l’intermédiaire sur place ne répondait jamais lorsqu’il y avait un problème à régler, heureusement le propriétaire était réactif et sympathique par mail. En conclusion, cette maison manque d’entretien pour être tout à fait sympathique !

Thank you very much for your stay at Finca Bellavista. After contacting me by email and phone, I sent him a cleaning crew to get the house spotless. The maintenance man no longer works with us, due to his complaint. We have changed maintenance companies, to keep up with all the positive feedback received so far. Regarding WIFI, we are waiting for the visit of the telephone company technician, due to a network failure. I am glad that you enjoyed the 600 m2 of house that you had at your exclusive disposal and its magnificent tranquility. We are waiting for you again on your next visit to Lanzarote. 10 Fantastic days in the Sun
Thank you Jaime/Josep/Elena, We have had a wonderful stay at your villa and have returned home refreshed, tanned and raring to return. Despite the Calema from the Sahara giving us a sandy cloudy start it soon brightened up and we have made the most of the pool/patio and surroundings. Richard thoroughly enjoyed the cycling in the north of the island (and having so much space in the garage for tinkering with his bike!). We visited Cesar Manrique's home/museum in Haria and recommend it to all your visitors as it explains so much as to why Lanzarote remains such a gem rather than having been ruined like the south coast of Spain. The space at the villa was superb and not overwhelming despite our small party of 3 !! We cannot wait to return with the rest of the family to share its idyllic location with them. Emplacement idéal au calme de l’agitation des villages balnéaires
Nous avons vécu une expérience unique dans cette immense villa, très impressionnante, dans ce petit village non loin de teguise, et surtout loin des villages balnéaires, et des hôtels club. Un calme absolu reigne la nuit. Une très belle vue dégagée. Ce que nous avons préféré avant tout, c’est son emplacement central dans l’ile. Au centre de l’ile, et proche de tout. Nos enfants ont adoré la salle de jeux avec le billard, babyfoot et Ping Pong ainsi que la piscine. Nous y reviendrons !

It was a great location if you need to keep all of your teenagers in one place, great space and would recommend an Xmas break in the property. Maintenace could of been a little better but when we had an issue with the pool and DVD player the maintenance guy was very prompt to sort.

Magnificent holiday home.
We have been to Lanzarote numerous times over the years and stayed in some beautiful villas. Finca Bellavista tops them all. What a magnificent property. The house is sits in the stunning location of Los Valles up a hillside. The views from the terraces are jaw dropping and showcase the magnificent vistas of this stunning island. The house is so spacious, the main atrium living area when you enter is absolutely beautiful. The online pictures do not fully show just how fantastic this home is. The home is very clean and well maintained and there is enough room for everyone.Jaime the owner responds very quickly to any questions and he is very helpful. I would like to thank him personally for arranging flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. P&L Rimmer

Fantastic villa
The property is a lot more spacious than the pictures show, plenty of room for large parties. It’s well equipped throughout, plenty to do with the games room downstairs and the pool. Views are amazing especially from the upstairs balcony. Location gives privacy but it’s not far to village shops. Would recommend it to anyone going with a large family.

Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und es gibt alles, was man sich wünscht. Insbesondere der Grill, der Pool und auch der Keller mit Sauna, Billiard und Kicker waren super. Auch wenn die Villa nicht mehr ganz modern wirkt, ist alles im typischen Stil Lanzarotes gehalten. Die Anlage ist schön begrünt und der Ausblick ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Straße ist kaum hörbar, lediglich ein paar Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft hört man hin und wieder bellen. Vor allem die Abgelegenheit und Privatsphäre ist super; um das Haus herum ist nichts gebaut! Das war uns wichtig. Die nächste Immobilie ist mindestens 100m entfernt, ganz anders als bspw. im Süden, wo Ferienwohnungen sich dicht an dicht anreihen. Das einzige, was uns etwas negativ auffiel, war das mäßige WLAN, welches hin und wieder Aussetzer hatte und nur in bestimmten Bereichen zu empfangen war (bspw. nicht am Pool, nicht im Keller). Die Geschwindigkeit (Download) beträgt ca. 7-9Mbit, was für die Verhältnisse vor Ort in Ordnung ist und für Whatsapp, Musik- und bedingt auch auch Videostreaming ausreicht. Hinweis für den Vermieter: WLAN wird Gästen immer wichtiger, eine kleine Investition (bspw. in bessere Router und Mesh Repeater) würde sich hier in Bezug auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste sicher sehr bezahlt machen.

Amazing house!
We stayed at Finca Bellavista as a combined celebration for my husband’s 50th birthday and son’s 18th. There were 6 of us and so we had lots of space (it still would have been spacious for twice the number of people!) we had wanted something special and we certainly got it! The views are amazing and it is very quiet apart from the birds tweeting and occasional dogs barking. The pool area is very large and next to an undercover barbecue area which we made good use of. Plenty of sun beds for everyone. The pool was warm and large enough to swim in. Apart from the large central atrium there are three lounges, and a games room with pool table, table football and a sauna - plenty to keep everyone occupied and lots of space if you want to spread out. You do need a car but Teguise is only a few minutes away and nowhere is that far to go on Lanzarote. Overall the house was very comfortable but at the same time provided us with the special feel that we were looking for. Highly recommended

Großräumiges Domizil in toller Lage
Man hat sehr viel Platz in der Finca Bellavista. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen in der Nähe von Teguise. Tolle Aussicht über das Tal von Los Valles und aufs Meer. Man blickt in Richtung Westen, also super Sonnenuntergänge, wenn das Wetter es erlaubt. Die Lage in den Bergen bedeutet allerdings auch: immer viel Wind. Die Gartenanlage des Hauses ist sehr schön und wirkte sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist top, wir hatten immer 30 Grad Wassertemperatur. Man muss allerdings die Abdeckung drüber machen, wenn man den Pool nicht benutzt, sonst kühlt er schnell aus. Da das Haus für 12 Personen ausgelegt ist, hat man genügend Geschirr, Bestecke, Gläser und Kochgeräte zur Verfügung (wir waren zu zweit da). Das Haus selbst ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, bei einigen Fenstern regnete es durch, ein Fenster ließ sich nicht mehr schließen, die Geschirrspülertür klemmte, die Auflagen der Poolliegen waren völlig versifft, aber im großen und ganzen war der Zustand des Hauses zufriedenstellend. Im Dorf Los Valles ist nichts los, keine Geschäfte, aber ein sehr empfehlendswertes Restaurant mit dem bescheuerten Namen Teleclub, gut gefüllt sonntags mit hervorragender einheimischer Küche für kleines Geld. Zum Einkaufen sind wir immer in den großen Eurospar-Supermarkt zwischen Tahiche und Arrecife gefahren. Da bekommt man wirklich alles. Noch hervorzuheben ist, dass man an kühleren Tagen die vorhandene Sauna nutzen kann und zwischendurch mal ein Spiel am Kicker oder Poolbilliard. Wenn man übrigens die Straße, die am Haus vorbeiführt, weiterfährt in Richtung Haria, kommt man an einem kleinen Restaurant mit guter Küche und toller Aussicht vorbei (Mirador des Los Valles, allerdings nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet) und die weiterführende Passstraße nach Haria ist atemberaubend.

Outstanding property , very quiet location , amazing views .
We all loved staying at this property . Most definitely the biggest villa we have ever stayed in . Kids loved it , adults loved it . We have stayed in lanzarote many times and love the island . I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family if they are looking for a quiet relaxing break . Thank you for our stay . The photos don’t do it justice for the size it actually is .

Fabulous villa away from it all but easy to get to from airport.
Huge villa with plenty of room for a family of five. Lovely pool which was enjoyed by us all. Excellent location only 25 mins from airport and 8 mins from nearest town, but feels well away from touristy areas. Great beach 20 mins drive away at Famara. We would love to visit again. Many thanks.

A beautiful villa with a lot of space.
We made a lot of trips and have seen beautiful places on the Island of Lanzarote. The villa is in a quiet area which we found very pleasant and is amazing. So much space. We hadn't expected so much space based on the photos. All the rooms are well equipped, an external BBQ with a lovely covered terrace which we often used in the evening. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day. Even on days with less weather because the water was nice and warm. And the adults enjoyed the sauna and the pool table. We had a good holiday! My only minor criticism of this lovely villa is that some furniture needs replacement.

Een zeer mooie woning met veel ruimte. Mooi terras met verwarmd zwembad. .
Mooi gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Ruime woning met veel slaapkamers en badkamers. TV kamer met Wii. Heel compleet ingericht met vaatwasser en wasautomaat. Verwarmd zwembad met buitendouche. Mooie buitenkeuken met BBQ. Kelder met fitnessapparatuur, pooltafel, voetbalspel en sauna met bad. We hebben ons hier geen moment verveeld. Lanzarote is een prachtig eiland waar veel te zien is. Kortom we hebben een TOP vakantie gehad!

A lovely spacious villa in a beautiful peaceful location
This villa has a huge central room with two living rooms, a kitchen, dining room and bedrooms leading off it. All of the bedrooms were a good size and nicely furnished. There are 2 further bedrooms and a third living room upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms so no queuing! There is a large terrace with pool leading off the dining room with beautiful views. The terrace has a large brick barbecue. There’s a second spacious terrace at first floor. Plenty of sun loungers are provided. My only minor criticism of this lovely villa is that the kitchen could do with a little updating

Beautiful Villa "Lanzarote"
Me and my wife and child stayed at this villa for two weeks and it was amazing there was everything you would of needed there also was lots to do to keep you occupied even our 4 year old some was occupied. It is well worth the price only problem is the photos don't show how amazing this place is less 5 minutes in the car is a lovely local village with shops and restaurants and 15 minutes in the car is costa taguise were there are shopping centre and tourist local attractions. There are lots of trips and things to do in lanzarote we will definitely be going back and staying at this beautiful villa definitely recommend Thankyou very much .

If I could give this house 10 star's it still wouldn't be enough. Beautiful location
This house was lovely. One of the best houses my family and I have ever stayed in. I have travelled a lot with my children when they where young so stayed in a lot of villes, and now they are older all paren't them self's this house was ideal. The location for use was quiet and the house has everything you need, the suna was lovely and used everyday, the games room entertained my youngist son and my 2 grand children and the pool was clean and always warm. The barbaque was also lovely, we used it most nights as well. The house it's self was clean and spacious and the bedrooms are many so much space for everyone no one getting on top of each other. Such a beautiful home and my family and I will return again. We like the quietness and the location as we had cars and bikes to travel on when we needed to get out and about and the marker on the Sunday was lovely, we visited most things on the island but still there was lots more to do. Thank.you so much Jamie a very very lovely home.

We waren hier met ons tweeën in de laatste week van februari. We vonden het huis fantastisch, zoveel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. In het echt is het huis mooier dan op de foto's. Ook de ligging vonden we prettig, lekker rustig maar met de auto waren alle bezienswaardigheden en supermarkten goed te bereiken. Vanuit het huis hebben we ook een paar mooie wandelingen gemaakt. We waren nog niet eerder op Lanzarote geweest maar waren aangenaam verrast door het bijzondere landschap en de natuur. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep prettig. Als we nog een keer naar Lanzarote gaan zou ik deze villa weer huren.

Spacious villa, perfect place to stay with a group of friends
The villa was very spacious. We had a very nice stay here for one week with a group of 12 friends. Enough space if you need privacy once in a while but also enough rooms to have a good night with the complete group. One minor detail is the acoustics which is not very good. The villa has a nice sauna for 3-4 persons and a nice terrace with swimming pool. Unfortunately the heat pump did not work. Some workers tried to fix it, but the whole pump needed to be replaced. The commucation with Jaime was very pleasant, he always responded very quickly and was very kind. Location is good, out of the touristic area. You definitely need a car to visit the hot spots, but I think you'll need that wherever you stay on Lanzarote.

Very spacious villa with nice view.
The house is very large and has everything you need. We were a party of 11 and fit very comfortably, we could have accommodated a couple more easily. All kids ( aged 6 to 14) had plenty to play with and were quite happy to stay home. We did not manage to use the pool but in summer time it is probably very pleasant. The house is in a quiet area, centrally located with everything accessible by car. We definitely recommend this house and would return if travelling to Lanzarote again.

Superb giant house with beautiful views
Excellent stay in this very large nice house located in Los Valles. We were 3 families with 7 children including 2 babies and the house was big enough for all of us. Well equipped (we just had to ask for an oven dish which was delivered the very next day). Beautiful views from the terrasses (pool and upstairs terrasse). The only negative points are : the treatment of the pool which is very strong and the quality of the beds which could be better for such a lovely property.

The villa is huge! There are rooms everywhere. Its so comfortable and the pool area and BBQ are lovely. The pictures really do not do it justice. We all fell in love and are definitely going back next year

Calme et tranquillité !
Une maison conforme à la description : grande et confortable. Le site est calme et reposant, la piscine est chauffée ! Le baby-foot, le billard et l'appareil de musculation ont fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. À notre arrivée, tous les lits étaient prêts et le linge de toilette était en quantité abondante. Quelques fruits et gâteaux nous attendaient sur la table. Les descriptifs présents dans la maison nous ont donné des idées de visite : l'île est magnifique et les paysages y sont variées… Le parc des oiseau "guinataé tropical Parc" est désormais fermé. Les chemins des environs (pas toujours bien indiqués) permettent de se promener (ou de courir pour les adepts de la course à pied)… mais j'ai parfois été ennuyé par des chiens : rien de bien méchant ! Bref, une belle maison au calme, éloignée des sites trop touristiques !
