Located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen very close to the main beach road

Casa Oasis Central is located in the heart of central Puerto del Carmen a few steps away from the main beach road. There are no hills in this area and the beach is only a short stroll away from the complex gate. This is a very popular area of Puerto del Carmen, with the Cafe La Ola and the Casino within a few moments walk. Only a twenty-five metre walk from the property are an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, bus stop and taxi rank.

The apartment has been refurbished to an extremely high standard at the start of 2024, and you will find all you need for a comfortable stay for up to four people. The apartment is fully equipped with wifi, airconditioning, washing machine, oven, fridge freezer, nespresso machine and full satellite tv and Netflix/Amazon Prime channels in the living room. There is a smart tv in the master bedroom where you can log into your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account or plug in a Firestick to watch TV in bed.

The balcony is completely south facing and has sea views and there is a patio table with chairs and two sunloungers to catch the rays throughout the day. There is an electronic awning for sun protection if required.

The master bedroom has a king size bed - 150x190 and there are USB ports either side of the bed to charge your devices. Wall mounted smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix/Amazon prime account or plug in a firestick or such like. Fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space.

The second bedroom is comprised of two single beds - 90 x 190 with USB port to charge devices. Fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space.

The kitchen is equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also an oven/grill, microwave oven/grill, four ring induction hob, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. All kitchen utensils, saucepans/frying pans and crockery/cutlery are provided. Breakfast bar with four stools and a cupboard to store food. The large wall mounted TV has all satellite tv channels, Amazon Prime and Netflix channels included in the package.
