"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"It is a lovely hotel in a great location but it is starting to get a bit shoddy. Our aircon was very noisy and couldnt cool the room. Staff are frosty. This was my 10th visit to this hotel. No recognition. The spa staff told us we could have a free pass for an initial visit to the indoor pool but when we asked for this at reception, not only did they deny this, they looked at us like we were low life. "It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"Everything was as to be expected, allowed to check-in early and use the AI. Even after checking out AI facilities available until 6pm. Main restaurant is being refurbished but did not affect our stay. Hotel was nice and quiet."

"Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it. "
