"Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where...

"WOW!!!! Fantastic apartments. Spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor 2bed apartment at the pool. We had 3 apartments. All spotless. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds (no sunbed wars!!). "I wish to make a strong complaint. The Parque Tropical was overbooked when we arrived on Sunday 20th November. Even though hotels.com had guaranteed my booking and I had paid in full. We picked Parque Tropical for its proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach as per the info on your website. We spent 4 nights in Acuariosol apts which were a mile further away from the centre of the strip. We had only 3 in Parque Tropical. "Lovely apartment in great location. Very clean. Air conditioning in bedroom. All staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and onsite cafe bar that's open Wednesday to Sunday, reasonable prices for food and drink. Really lovely Scottish lady running the cafe bar. Doar supermarket at the end of the road. Short walk to the strip. Lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely return"

"The property was so well kept, staff were all very keen to help and had proud in their work. The apt was very spacious, clean had everything you needed if you wanted to do self catering. We had an apt in the corner so we didn't have a front terrace or balcony which was a bit disappointing but it was nice and quiet and more privacy then.
