"The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. "Our positive experience began before we arrived. The team organized transportation from the Krabi airport to their location. A driver was waiting at the exit with a sign… no stress travelling! We arrived early, they staff were very accommodating. As soon as the room was ready we were able to check in. Renting scooters from them was also an easy process. When asked if they could help us book a cab, the staff said they would be happy to assist for a small fee. Would definitely recommend! "

"The pool area is wonderful with trees around it making spots of shadow throughout the day. We did not have breakfast incl. and it was not a problem. The room was very nice and clean but need a hand with a new aircon as it was dripping. Also the holder for toilet paper was broken and the one for the towel. The fridge in one of the rooms turned off when leaving the room (we had connecting rooms) as the continuing plug was broken. The veranda was absolutely wonderful! The place was quite, great...
