Welcome to our latest creation! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some!

Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:

Working class Lansing neighborhood. Centrally located between Lansing and East Lansing. Just minutes from either downtown area.



Getting Around:

- Uber

- Lyft

- Local taxi and bus service available



Other Things to Note:

We would like to properly set your expectations for the basement. They should be low 🤣. It is an unfinished Michigan basement. Relevant synonyms: eery, creepy, spooky 🤣. We use it for storing extra materials, cleaning supplies, and random house things. You are more than welcome to use it as needed during your stay, but it is not meant to be a featured space. Judge us on the upstairs. It's super nice up there 😊.



We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.
