Welcome to our Lansing retreat—a beautifully remodeled and professionally designed home designed for families, friends, game-day visitors, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the best of the city. Located just south of downtown Lansing and only minutes from Michigan State University, this stylish home combines modern finishes, spacious gathering areas, and inviting outdoor spaces for a relaxing getaway.

With its open-concept layout, tall ceilings, and thoughtfully designed interiors, the home feels bright, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Whether you`re visiting for an MSU event, exploring Lansing, or simply enjoying a weekend away, you`ll have everything you need to feel right at home.

Features a king bed, dedicated workspace, spacious walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking the backyard—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

A comfortable queen bedroom conveniently located across from the half bathroom.

• Bedroom 3 (Upper Level)

Two twin beds make this room ideal for kids, friends, or additional guests.

The queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for larger groups.

The main floor includes a convenient half bathroom along with a full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the full bathroom features a double vanity with granite countertops and a tub/shower combination, making mornings easy for families and groups.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a large island with bar seating, spacious pantries, and everything needed to prepare meals at home, including cookware, dishes, and coffee essentials.

The dining area sits just off the kitchen, offering a comfortable place for meals, game nights, or planning the day`s adventures. The adjoining living room provides comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxing after a day of exploring.

French doors open directly onto the elevated back deck, making it easy to enjoy indoor-outdoor living.

Step outside to one of the home`s best features—a spacious, professionally landscaped backyard surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery. The elevated deck is furnished for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks while overlooking the yard below.

The backyard offers plenty of room to relax, play, or gather around the built-in wood-brick fire pit. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the raised garden beds during the growing season.

Just beyond the backyard is a neighborhood park with a playground, baseball field, picnic tables, grills, and additional parking, making it easy for families and larger groups to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

Guests have full access to the entire home, except the basement, during their stay.

Free driveway parking is available on-site. Additional parking may be available behind the home in the nearby park; guests should follow all posted parking regulations and restrictions.

➤ Note that the backyard is only 3/4 fenced.
➤ Starter kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials are provided. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
➤ This property is pet-friendly. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained pets with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please let us know how many pets will be joining your reservation after booking. Unapproved pets are subject to additional fees.
➤ Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings; the reservation must be made by the guest staying at the property.
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames, including candles, incense, or fireworks.
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
➤ The home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
➤ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

1. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

6. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

7. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
