Cayuga lake cottage with private lake access

Escape to our serene lakeside retreat perfect for families! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath home features private lake access, a new dock, and boat parking. Relax by the lake with a picnic table right at the water, and enjoy lake views from the large deck equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Your peaceful getaway awaits!

The home is one-story. There are 2 bedrooms: The first has a queen bed and a cot suitable for a child. The second bedroom has a twin size bunk bed and a queen bed.

The living and dining rooms are open to the kitchen. The bathroom is off the kitchen, and it has a shower (no tub).

The whole house and property are all yours! We may occasionally use the dock to launch canoes, but we'll be sure not to disturb you.

Please note:

- The driveway is short but steep. If you don't feel comfortable driving down it, please park on the grassy area right off the road and take the stairs down to the house.

- We don't have a washer & dryer in the house.

- We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.

- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee.

- If you absolutely NEED early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
