"Check in was super easy with coded access to the property. The location is amazing as it is close to many amenities but feels like you’re in a neighborhood. Love the big fridge, ice maker and filtered cold water pitcher in the fridge. Super comfortable beds. Generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper. Host was very responsive with anything that came up. Highly recommend. "

"Our family had a great time at this property! We had a few things come up but the property manager was very quick to respond and resolve our issues. Really neat layout that allowed for separate gathering areas yet all feels connected. The pool table and arcade game were a nice bonus and got a lot of use. "

"Quick visit to KC and this was a great place to stay with so much to do within walking distance or a quick ride. If I had any questions the response time was in minutes and if I visit KC again I would look at booking here."

"Overall the house is great, well maintained, allows animals has plenty of utensils and pots and items for cooking at the house. Check in was easy, even was able to add a day to the trip a few days before. Only one thing is many guests haven’t signed out of their streaming accounts making impossible for my family to use ours, that was the only small thing. "

"Very cozy place. I don't know KC very well but it seemed like we were close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, the only thing we could hear were the cicadas and birds. Loved it. This place is furnished with everything you need and more. "

"What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us. "
