"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. "Really enjoyed our night at Smeaton Farm, peaceful with beautiful views. Stayed just the one night after attending a nearby concert, just what we needed, warm welcome and good choice of breakfast items, made with quality ingredients, would recommend "
