"The location is great but I dont think our bathroom had been cleaned in awhile... like hair in the shower, on the floor and the back of the toilet to include noticable dried up urine when you close the toilet lid. "I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven)."

2. Breakfast in the am, the banana was right, orange juice okay;;coffee was crap
3. The nextam, I was cut off of wifi and when we left the building for the purported breakfast, was locked out of our room.

"Good location but the cleanliness factor was decisive for the bad evaluation. I found hair in the bathtub, dirty bathroom and used-looking pillows. They should stick to these details because it is well regarded and I like to stay in this hotel chain."
