"Very easily accessible to the Lazy E! Alexa was super helpful and so kind!! It was a pleasure checking in with her. Our electric plug with charging port was loose. We rigged it to work during our stay. The elevators could’ve use a good vacuuming, but in their defense, they were renovating. Otherwise, GREAT STAY!!"

"Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."

"The room was very spacious and there was a good variety at breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was nice with great water pressure and almost instant hot water. My only complaint about the shower is that it is extremely difficult to shave legs when there is no shelf/ledge/seat, etc. Another small complaint is that the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it cycled on and off. And the last minor complaint is that the refrigerator did not appear to have been cleaned because of...

"The property was dated, the front door didn't close, there was construction, and there is a pool but no water. Staff never cleaned our room. Luckily all I needed was a bed for the night. Didn't go for amenities. They do have a decent breakfast available. "

"The Ranchers Club was fully booked. I feel there should be some reservations/tables put aside for hotel guests. Guests should have a little bit of priority "

"They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet."

"The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!"
