Room was clean, bed spotless with nice white bedding. Toilet was clean and nice white towels too. Room a bit dated but absolute bargain for the price. The Halston
The Halston is a beautiful venue and our townhouse was amazing and very clean, well equipped, staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast in their hotel and dinner in Penny Blue restaurant were delicious.

Luxury lodge, Bassenthwaite,Nr Keswick, at the foot of Skiddaw.

Character Cottage with fabulous mountain views in the North Lakes District
Lovely little cottage for our 4 nights stay, good heating and kitchen was well equipped (not that we did much cooking) and a good little selection of games and puzzles. Perfect spot, felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but only 20 mins from Keswick. Best thing was the view!
