"We had a fantastic stay! Paul’s property is fresh and modern and beautifully maintained. Paul is an outstanding host, very responsive, welcoming, kind and helpful, especially in response to my questions re disability access. We loved how private the property location was and the beautiful view from the terrace! The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We also appreciated arriving to bread, butter, milk and cake! This was a nice touch! We will definitely look to return if...

"This cottage is obviously very well loved - lots of pictures and books relevant to Lyme. Super comfy bed. Good outdoor space and then there was the fabulous beach hut! We were able to use the hut to change to swim and to leave our things safely locked away. The cottage was in a good position and had sea views.It’s a little gem"

"Overall great place. Nice yard, comfortable couches, plenty of space. Upstairs rooms get hot during the hottest part of the summer. Back doors don't open. But overall our family loved staying there. "
