"Beautiful, cosy two bed cottage, there was a double room and a room with bunk beds (plus a sofa bed we didn't use). Beds were comfortable, decor was nice, the area is very quiet and was easy to find. We had everything we needed, the ground coffee and milk sachets was a great touch. "The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

"Charming pub with spacious accommodation ideal for Penine Way walkers. This traditional hostelry, popular with both locals and visitors, has a great range of well kept ales and hearty meals. Also dog friendly : )

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great!
The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

"We spent 2 weeks in September, my husband and I and a further guest, who stayed for 10 days. We were very satisfied with the apartment, which was situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely view of the countryside from the lounge. Buxton was in walking distance (15 minutes).
