Welcome to a newly remodeled (2019) mid-century beach cottage nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Holmes Harbor. This slice of heaven boasts Pacific Northwest American Indian artifacts, adding a unique touch to the decor.

Unleash the beauty of the breathtaking water view by opening the wall-to-wall French doors in the living room. Feel the ocean breeze as you relax on the comfortable couch or loveseat, both equipped with recliners. The entire living space, along with the spacious deck, is located upstairs. Meanwhile, the double-deep carport and storage area below provide ample space for your belongings.

Prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen with all principal and minor appliances, including a Vitamix and Instant Pot. Or, embrace outdoor dining and relaxation on the deck while cooking up a delightful meal on the BBQ. In the evenings, cozy up by the propane fireplace and indulge in your favorite shows on the 56" Smart TV (cable and high-speed internet included), or enjoy the array of jigsaw puzzles, books, and games suitable for all ages.

The extra-large primary bedroom features a king bed, dressers, a cozy sitting area, and a convenient desk. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and dresser. Only the primary bedroom is equipped with a TV. With one bathroom, this cottage is perfect for up to four guests (plus an infant).

Grab the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sand toys, and take a leisurely stroll a few minutes away down the gated Saratoga Community beach access road. You'll encounter abundant sand dollars, seashells, and captivating sea life during low tide. Keep an eye out for soaring bald eagles and the distant presence of majestic whales. You can bring your kayaks or smaller boats and launch them from the beach. Remember to explore the other fabulous nearby beaches as well! Our favorite is Double Bluff, with enchanting driftwood castles and endless stretches for leisurely walks.

- Please note that due to the quiet neighborhood, we kindly request no parties at this home. There is a Ring Camera present at the front door of the property.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- Please note that all persons (including infants, children, and visitors) at the home are counted toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
