This idyllic and peaceful holiday apartment, approximately 70 square meters in size, is nestled in a beautiful natural garden setting and is the perfect base for numerous excursions or a visit to the beach. Surrounded by mature trees and stunning natural scenery, the exclusively furnished apartment with its own sauna invites you to enjoy lasting relaxation and rejuvenation.

At the "Residenz Sandburg" on Langeoog, you can enjoy breakfast on the east-facing terrace – a perfect way to start the day! – and unwind on the west-facing terrace after a day of activities, letting the evening sun melt away after a stroll. You can also use this terrace as a tranquil oasis after a sauna session. The Sandburg holiday residence boasts exceptionally comfortable furnishings; you'll feel right at home!

The apartment's lovely living room features an inviting seating area, an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a sound system.

The open-plan kitchen offers a complete range of appliances that will satisfy even the most experienced home cooks. It features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, and a four-burner ceramic cooktop.

The apartment's two bedrooms can accommodate up to four people.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a separate en-suite bathroom. A color TV is also provided.

The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). A wardrobe is also provided, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and vanity with a large mirror. One bathroom also features a small sauna with a panoramic window.
