"Das Zimmer war wunderbar! Und besonders wichtig an diesem kalten Wochenende - schön warm. Das Hotel war äußerst ruhig. Vermutlich waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Die Hotelbediensteten genossen eine verdiente Auszeit. Der Zugang war trotzdem gut organisiert. Gerne kommen wir wieder. "

"Exactly as shown in the photos: super clean, spacious. The furniture looks very sturdy. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and soft. Since we were 2 adults and 3 children, we booked a room with 2 bunk beds, but they gave us a room with 3 bunk beds. The room was advertised as having no window, but it had a skylight that let in plenty of light. The bathroom had two showers, perfect for kids on one side and adults on the other!"

"The non-smoking room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, although the staff promptly provided an air purifier that helped reduce the issue. Cleanliness was lacking both in the room and bathroom. Also, despite being four guests, only two towels were provided daily, requiring constant requests for more. The staff was attentive, but the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and organization."
