"Fantastic property and hosts. Hope to be back again."

"The accommodation was in a lovely village near plenty of other places of interest. The pub was great and the staff were all very good and the food was excellent. The room and facilities were also good. The simple reason for the average rating is that our room had an air conditioner unit on the wall right outside our window which was very noisy. I asked about this after the first night and they were aware of this but I was told unfortunately it was needed to cool the cellar. This was going on and...

"location 10 mins on bus or 5 mins taxi very friendly staff lovely bedroom and shower the breakfast was spoiled for choice unbelievable breakfast with cereal or fruit yogurt and you can walk on the front just down road from enterprise over railway crossing its lovely walk and you will not be disappointed with location"

"Very comfortable. Clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly."

"Excellent stay, felt very welcoming upon arrival. Was even offered a room with a larger bed due to my height, but the bed and the room we booked was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay."

"All good"

"Unusual "arty" decor. Very clean. Rooms and beds are very small. Breakfast NOT included. Staff friendly and cheerful. Good location."

"Whilst the pictures and description might depict a 4 star hotel, the Hotel Penzance Promenade is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is poorly maintained and dirty with untrained staff. On arrival we were greeted by someone who hardly spoke English and just said "sign please" and handed us a piece of paper with our details on. "Typical seaside B&B. Friendly and helpfull staff. Our room was large with a large bed. Mattress was on the very soft side, perhaps needs a replacement in the near future. Breakfast menue was good with lots of choices from full Cornish to kippers and the usual syrials, yogurts and fresh fruit. For us, not the fittest, the hotel was a bit out of the main town but near a bus link for a bus to the main bus depot. The seafront was also not that far to walk down the hill."

"Well appointed inn with quite a history! Enjoyed the helpful staff—Laundry done for me was a great help for a fee🇨🇦"
