"It was a nice family holiday for us at Treganna.
Breakfast buffet was ok, the green spaces inside the estate excellent. Our apartment was clean, unfortunately no one showed up from house keeping in the first 4 days. I was expecting more frequent cleaning when I am staying 7 nights in a hotel. Location wise it has easy access inside the estate to walk down the beach. There are many excellent restaurants around at St ives. It was a peaceful nice and clean hotel. Thank you"

Staff are exceptionally friendly.

"The room was a bit old and could use a bit of refurbishing, unlike in the photos. The room had basic amenities and felt overpriced. We only found out there’s an additional charge for using the spa when we arrived, which if I had known at the time ok booking, might have chosen a different place.
Despite the above, staff were very nice and food was great."
