Paradiski ski in ski out vallandry

This small residence is located on the slopes (departure and return ski to the feet).
It has 4 floors with elevator and the apartments offer very beautiful views of the slopes. There is a pedestrian path close to the building to reach the resort center and shops in 5 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus stop close to the residence.
You can always park in front of the residence to unload only.

50m² *** apartment, ideally located in a residence in Vallandry in edge of the slopes. Rented for 6 people, it is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room, toilets, a kitchenette open on the dining area and a comfortable living room (no sleeping).
The apartment is south facing and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) and a beautiful view on the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif so you can fully enjoy your stay.

Equipment: equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, television.WIFI
Rented with ski locker located at level 0, outside (access under the porch facing the slopes exit)

Sleeps: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)

Sanitary: a bathroom with bath and separate toilet and a shower room.

Good to know : Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays).
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
