"We stayed March 31st through April 2.This property is a work in progress. The old house is charming. Once the kitchen is completed and the washer/dryer are serviced, it will make for a quaint stay. Communication with the owner was very good. Response time for questions was almost instantaneous."

"Wonderful townhouse with spacious accommodations. Neighbors were very welcoming and family friendly area. Towels had been left in washing machine and one oversight when cleaning in a bedroom but overall clean. Will definitely book again!"

"We came to Rock Hill to explore the area. We picked the perfect place to stay. The house was very nicely kept up and very comfortable. The location was great. Our daily walk to Glencarin Garden was wonderful!"

"Great location to visit family who lives in Monroe and to attend my nieces graduation. Close to everything and the neighborhood was nice to be able to walk our dog. Owner was very responsive. I'm sure we will be back in 2027 to attend my nephew's graduation."

"Great location with needing to be at The Rock Hill Sports Complex all weekend. Loved the character or the house but with great renovations. Host was easy to talk to, no problem with check in. Beds were so so comfortable, would absolutely stay again."

"Absolutely beautiful home! Very inviting and cozy. My family and I came for my daughter's college graduation at Winthrop. Convenient to the university. Pool was heaven sent for our 5 year old. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet area. Definitely look forward to staying again in the future."

"Stayed here while our son had a showcase at Winthrop. It was a cute, unique spot that was right across from the gardens. The tub/shower was a tricky task but doable. Definitely would stay here again!"
