"The house was great. It was clean and stocked with anything we could possible need. The parking was easy and the location was excellent. It was just 2 blocks to town with lots of restaurants and shops. The host were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. We travel to Waxhaw often to visit family. We will definitely look to stay here in the future. "

Kim was quick to respond to any questions we had and was so kind in offering early check in and a late check out-we appreciate this more than you know, it allowed us time for our son to take a shower before hopping on our flight. "Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there. "

"The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...
