La Petite Bélérit is a 90 m² townhouse located in the heart of Landerneau. We completely renovated it in 2021.

Everything is within walking distance! The train station, the movie theater, the Fonds Leclerc pour la Culture, restaurants, bars, the famous inhabited bridge (one of the last remaining in Europe!), and the Carrefour City.

The house is laid out over 3 levels.

On the first floor:
- the living area with the living room and dining room,
- the kitchen,
- the restroom, as well as the washer and dryer

On the first floor:
- the first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200),
- the second bedroom with a double bed (140x200),
- a bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet

On the second floor:
- the third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) + a single bed (90x200)
- a bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet

Wi-Fi included.

Bed linens, bath towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
Guest access
Bed linens and bath towels can be rented at the following rates:
- 15 euros / double bed sheets
- 8 euros / single bed sheets
- 5 euros per person for towels

End-of-stay cleaning is optional for 50 €.
Or you can choose to take care of it yourself. Cleaning supplies are provided. The house must then be left as clean as it was upon your arrival.

There are free parking spaces on the street and in adjacent streets.
Other notes
Parties are strictly prohibited.
The security deposit will be forfeited if this rule is not followed.
