"The place was not professionally cleaned! Closet doors/blinds/screens/entry doors broken. Sheets dirty. Refer dirty. LARGE oil stain in driveway. This home is NOT up to VBRO standards. Terribly disappointing. Should not be made available until inspected by VBRO to confirm it is up to standards. We took video to avoid being charged. Had to clean and wash sheets to be able to stay. Owner was responsive and said sorry not up to your standards, you can leave and apply for a refund if you don't want...

"This property is well managed. The staff were all very courteous, the room was exceptionally clean (the bathroom vent was dust free! How often do you see that?!). We saw a maintenance staff member walking about checking the facility and handling tasks. Compliments to all of the management and staff!"

"Very expensive undisclosed fees that they expect when you stay there with a pet. Website says pet friendly with a $10 pet fee a night but when you get there the pet fee is $15 a night which isn't a problem but they want a $500 hold on your card which they charge first before letting you stay and then we'll reimburse you what's left from your hotel stay. Our hotel stay for the two nights with 219 and what was supposed to be a pet friendly room and they charge my card $500 saying that it was for...

"Parking was kind of a mess, otherwise, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It's a good deal if all you need is a bed. If you want restaurant, pool, bar or any other needs, this is not the place. I would recommend if your just traveling through and need a place to lay your head. The price is fair and it meet my needs."
