A bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet.
Simplicity and design, for this first sleeping area, with access to the garden.

You then access the first floor, to arrive at this magnificent living room with a panoramic view of the Aber Wrac'h and its port.
A TV corner, separate and an office space behind a glass roof if you need to telework during your holidays.

For fun: a table football.

The equipped and functional kitchen open to the dining room, adjoining the living room, is also spacious and very well equipped with direct access to the south-facing terrace.

Another staircase will take you to the second floor where there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 and 140x200) and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet and toilet.

All double rooms have a sea view.
3 toilets: one toilet on each floor.

The Garden:
The large terrace and heated swimming pool are south facing.
You will have a barbecue, a plancha, parasols and garden furniture.
Sun loungers to relax in between swims.

The garden is enclosed, the villa is accessed through a large electric gate.

The surroundings:
The house is located in Aber Wrac'h, on the marina.
You will therefore be a stone's throw from restaurants, cafes, creperies, the sailing and diving center.
You will easily enjoy water activities (windsurfing, paddle, catamaran, fishing lessons) and walks by the sea.
For hikers, GR at the foot of the house.
Bikes and kayaks can be rented 100m away.
Sea trips (Vedette des Aber) are possible with a visit to the Virgin Island lighthouse (the highest stone lighthouse in Europe).
For the youngest, there is a playground on the port.

A little further on: the visit of Océanopolis in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the recess of the 3 priests in Milizac.

In Landéda (3min by car): an Utile mini-market, 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop.
There is the summer market of fresh and local products, on Tuesday mornings.
In Lannilis (5 minutes by car): a Leclerc supermarket, bakeries, butchers, organic grocery stores, and its market every Wednesday morning.
