"We have had a good time in Brighton, We come with our car, and park easy near the flat, thanks to the voucher of Julie; and we take easily the bus to go in the center of Brighton. We have gone to London from Preston station near the flat very easily. The flat is very well aquipped and the beds are good, very confortable. Thanks for all Julie !"

"Week laid out and stocked apartment. Quiet, even with being in the heart of town. It was a toss up which was faster, the great WiFi service or the water pressure. Excellent restaurants with many choices in the immediate neighborhood. Grocery store feet from the apartment entrance, and fine 2 coffee joints directly across the road. We would stay here again!"

"Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...

"The property was spot on : clean, bright with good facilities and we would stay in the Marina again- great facilities, parking and easy to get by bus into Brighton and back again. However, I wouldn’t stay with a property using the GuestReady company to manage the booking again as communication was difficult, the damage waiver excessive and communication for entry was last minute (within 10hours of arrival) and info given via Google drive disappeared after you opened it meaning you couldn’t refer...
