Beach Break - Family Accommodation with Ocean Views

This well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home is located 1 minute walk to the north end beach of Lancelin. This is the ideal spot for a family getaway with calm waters for the children to play and around the corner from the famous Lancelin Sand Dunes. After a long day at the beach or dunes come back and relax or BBQ on the spacious balcony while taking in the views and watching the most magnificent sunset.

Other features of this property include enough room to park the boat, dishwasher and gas BBQ.
No Air conditioning, free standing fans only.
NO WIFI
Not pet friendly.

Stay 7 nights and only pay for 6

This property strictly sleeps 6.This property will only suit 4 adults and 2 children so please keep this in mind when booking. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Sorry No Pets.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request.

Porta cot and high chair available on request.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Accommodation was good but in need of some TLC

The place was good, though in need of some basic maintenance. BBQ was filthy and didn't work properly. Got caught up in a power blackout that lasted for ~24 hours, there was a torch with no batteries! Lucky we bought a camping lantern! Kids loved it adults not so much!

Very relaxing

It was a fantastic weekend away, really enjoyed staying at this property and had amazing views and comfortable beds! The only let downs were no Wi-Fi and you have to pay $20 extra for 1 fitted sheet per bed! That was a bit ludicrous! But all in all a great place to stay and Iā€™d definitely come back šŸ˜Š

Spacious house and good location but lacks proper cleaning and presentation and maintenance Upstairs carpet extremely dirty and stained needs a really good clean or replacement Barbecue needs replacing as wok burner does not work due to starter key missing and handle to cabinet underneath is also missing Front windows dirty understand salt from ocean but bird droppings on windows should have been removed We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if above rectified as a good distance to come from Perth for a weekend Have cleaned and vacuumed before we left Thank you

Gorgeous view only a few houses from the beach

Nice clean house, plenty of space for everyone. Gorgeous view from the balcony and only a couple of houses from the beach. And short drive or long walk into the main township for essentials. This house doesn't have any heating or aircon, it was a winter stay so was freezing cold. I'd presume very hot in summer so would suggest a reverse cycle being installed for added comfort. Also some brighter lighting in the upstairs bathroom and living area would be beneficial as it was very dark showering.
