The Space:

It is located in the peaceful town of Lancefield, conveniently situated just an hour's drive from Melbourne and within easy reach of neighboring towns such as Romsey, which stands closest, a mere 7-minute drive away, boasting beautiful architecture, scenic parks, and bustling local markets.



Let's not overlook Mount Macedon, renowned for its breathtaking natural scenery and extensive hiking trails. After working up a thirst for exploring, you can unwind at Cleveland Winery or Hanging Rock Winery, indulging in top-notch wine tastings and delicious food. And even swing by to visit the iconic Hanging Rock for an unforgettable experience. Nearby, Kilmore serves as the perfect base for discovering the enchanting wine regions and stunning landscapes that surround it.



Nestled among trees, this snug 113-square-foot tiny home offers convenient access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that we have another tiny house. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding property, but please ensure that you close any gates you pass through due to the presence of our sheep. Please note that access to the shed is restricted and is off-limits.



If you're interested, we offer the following items for pre-order:



- Gas BBQ is available by prior notice

- A fire pit can be provided with some wood

- Breakfast can be supplied with prior notice. We have coffee, tea, milk, bread, eggs, bacon, salt, pepper & tomato sauce. If you prefer to dine outdoors, we offer a small gazebo for shade equipped with a couple of chairs.

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

By car:



- 1 hr drive from Melbourne

- 6 mins drive from Romsey

- 16 mins drive from Kilmore

- 25 mins drive from Kyneton

- 25 mins from Mount Macedon



By public transport: There is a bus that comes from Sunbury but having a car is essential as there is no taxi service or buses that run regularly



Other Things to Note:

- No Wifi

- Pets allowed by prior notice

- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone has a good signal while the rest have no signal

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- We have recycling bins on the premises for use

- We advise guests to clean up their cigarette butts

- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas

- We have a small dog on the premises within the fenced area

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet's droppings

- Please clean up after your pet's shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Farm guidelines



- Please be advised that we have 4-sheep on our property

- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated

- Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks

- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission

- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
