On your way to the house, when you reach the second 381 sign, turn right. It's at a T intersection.
The neighbors have two friendly dogs who may come onto the property! (It's the country!).
DOGS: We love dogs! We charge $25 pet fee per night, per dog. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog, and we will request payment separately. Dogs may not be locked in any rooms or kept on outdoor porches. We kindly that they stay off the furniture and beds as well. Thank you for your understanding!
Please ensure kayaks remain locked up at all times when not in use to avoid additional charge for loss.
The house is located in a natural & wooded area, so you may see & hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents), & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.
To ensure transparency, please note that if your payment was processed via Stripe and you choose to cancel your reservation, the initial Stripe processing fees are non-refundable, as per Stripe’s policy.
